By deploying our in-house autonomous AMR GoCart to manufacturing sites, we automate logistics across the entire factory, from the receiving of raw materials and components to the transfer of semi-finished products between lines and the shipment of finished goods. We can manufacture custom robots tailored to the layout and process characteristics of the customer's site, and through integration with existing equipment and systems, we complete a smart factory environment where robots and facilities work together organically.

This is a solution that combines the Digital Picking System (DPS), which supports rapid and accurate order picking without separate slips by guiding picking quantities via digital displays, with the autonomous AMR GoCart. The DPS Cart combined with the GoCart moves accurately to product locations in the logistics site without operator intervention, automating the entire process from picking to transport.

By deploying AMRs for repetitive logistics within hospitals—such as transporting medicines and specimens, delivering patient supplies, and serving meals—we reduce the workload and risk of injury for medical staff. Having been successfully implemented in various hospitals both domestically and internationally, the system has been verified for both improved operational efficiency and simultaneous cost savings.
